Compensation :
$200,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Actively engage in networking activities to identify potential home buyers, sellers, and investors within the Greater Boston area
- Perform detailed property assessments, which include market analysis, comparative market analysis (CMA), and property inspections to accurately determine property valuations
- Assist buyers throughout the home purchasing process by understanding their requirements, preferences, and budget, and presenting them with suitable property options
- Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions on behalf of clients, encompassing purchase price, financing, inspection contingencies, repairs, and closing timelines
Qualifications :
- Seeking a proactive individual eager to expand their real estate career and join a supportive team in Boston, MA

- Must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Charismatic with the ability to engage with and close opportunities
- Possession of a real estate license and previous sales experience are required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car to our office based in Winchester and to properties in our primary coverage area
- Demonstrated track record of success in real estate or similar hospitality or service based industry is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
