Your mission is to incorporate industry-leading best practices and innovative ideas in information security, risk management, fraud prevention and detection, and transaction robustness into the e-tail customer journey.

To accomplish this, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and own a roadmap of product innovations.

You’ll stay abreast of developments from throughout the product management organization and ensure they enhance security.

You’ll develop business cases and pitch them successfully to leadership, anticipate unanticipated problems, and envision a user experience where security, risk management, and fraud prevention integrate smoothly with a seamless process flow.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit

We’re looking for seven or more years of experience in product management, with a specific focus on risk management and analysis, fraud prevention, or information security.

Relevant industry backgrounds include e-commerce, retail, management consulting, or financial services. You could be a product manager knowledgeable about risk and security, or a risk management professional with a flair for customer experience and the user journey.

You’re a highly adept communicator, making your case persuasively in presentations and written business cases. You excel at building relationships with internal stakeholders whose input and buy-in you need to accomplish your objectives.

You’re successful in negotiating with suppliers and keeping abreast of key developments in technology, security, risk, and fraud.

Lastly, you’re highly data-driven and analytical, always having the facts to back up your recommendations.
