Job Opportunity : AP Data Entry Specialist - Global Distribution Company
Position : AP Data Entry Specialist
Industry : Distribution
Location : On site with hybrid opportunity
Hours : Monday - Friday, Flexible (7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)
Compensation : $23 per hour
Responsibilities :
Manual Data Entry of PO Invoices :
- Input PO invoices into the system upon receipt.
- Manage varying invoice volumes based on supported companies.
- Handle high-volume production companies, processing up to 200 invoices per week.
Discrepancy Resolution :
- Research discrepancies between received items and invoices.
- Collaborate with the Canada team via email to resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize Gmail as the primary platform for communication.
Qualifications : Must Have :
Must Have :
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Gmail.
Plus :
- Experience with Canopy or other AP software.
- Background in accounts payable or invoicing.
