We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team and help us keep track of our accounts receivables.
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Check customer's credit
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
- Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts
- Keep customers on track for payments
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Reconcile invoices and payments
- Provide support to the accounting team as required
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role in Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay range : $22 - $26 per hour
