Position : Maintenance Technician
Job Summary :
We are in search of a Maintenance Technician to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities for this role include :
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical controls, circuits, and mechanical and pneumatic components and systems.
- Demonstrating knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory and understanding 3-phase motor control circuits (preferred but not essential).
- Working with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems, including troubleshooting.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
- Conducting preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment.
- Following instructions and working independently as needed.
- Operating forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
- Accurately completing all required documentation.
- Being flexible with scheduled and unscheduled overtime and shifts.
- Ensuring safe equipment operation, adhering to GMP guidelines, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Participating in meetings, providing training to others, and covering other roles as required.
- Contributing to a safety-focused culture by following all safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred (not mandatory).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess personal hand tools for all job duties.
- Salary based on experience.
