Nurse Manager (Laboratory) - Greensboro, NC
Sign-on bonus up to $4000!!
Job shifts : Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu (Timings for M-F are from 7 am-7 pm and for Sat-Sun from 6 : 30 am-4 pm)
Position Summary :
The Physician Substitute Manager is part of the site leadership team, promoting company culture and enforcing company standards and expectations, within all areas of the center.
This position is directly responsible for providing supervision to all Physician Substitutes within the plasma collection center.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, performance evaluations, time and attendance oversight, and corrective actions, as necessary.
Requirements :
Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing
2 years of managerial experience in Nursing.
Current RN license in the state the Donor Center operates.
Available to work extended shifts
Must be available to work any day Sunday - Saturday
