Family Practice

Family Practice physician employment in California :

Beautiful area just 30 min from Santa Barbara, CA in need of a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join an outpatient clinic.

• Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Ability to see just peds, adults, or a combo of both based on certification or desire / exp
• Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week
• New grad to well experienced open to apply
• Will join a team of 3 MD's and 2 other PA's on staff currently
• 6-8 patients per day typically but up to 10-12 patients per day possible
• Base salary with discretionary bonus at year end
• $250-275K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
• Spanish preferred but not required
• EMR used is NextGen
• Looking to start someone ASAP - no credentialing required - can start seeing patients day 1
• Areas around can be found less expensive to live and are family friendly
• CA license must be in hand - DEA will be required but willing to obtain if not in hand
