Job Title : Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

End Date : June 30th
Hours : 30-32 hours per week
Responsibilities :
- Provide speech-language pathology assistant services exclusively through makeup therapy sessions.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and strategies to address communication goals.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Ensure a positive and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology assistant program or related field.
- Valid SLPA license issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.
- Previous experience in speech therapy or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation.
