This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Hospital Services Vice President, Managers, and the Hospital Services Department in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
As an Administrative Assistant you will :
- Coordinate meetings both here at GLDP office and meetings that HS attend outside of GLDP
- Assist in preparation for conferences and educational programs by producing brochures, preparing materials, and registering participants
- Manage the calendars for HS Vice President and Managers
- Schedule and arrange travel, lodging, conferences services, and department activities
- Schedules employment interviews with candidates on a timely basis
- Maintain an accurate inventory of and replenish all hospital and professional education materials and supplies
- EMR support for on boarding / off boarding GLDP employees
- Support the preparation of department’s board report
- Answer both routine and non-routine correspondence often pertaining to highly confidential and sensitive information
- Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload
- Create and develop visual presentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Routine administrative duties : copies, managing concur reporting, circulating information, preparing / gathering materials, covers the front desk and performs the duties of Receptionist / Telephone Operator on an as-needed basis.
Successful candidates will possess :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three years of administrative support experience
- Some Event Planning experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required .
