IDR Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Antigo, Wisconsin.

Position : Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

Location : Antigo, WI

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week

Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Weekend : Rotates one Saturday every 6–8 weeks (with a weekday off that same week)

On-Call : None

Holiday : None

Float Requirements : Occasional travel to other regional branches (mileage reimbursed at federal rate)

Join a supportive and collaborative home health team delivering personalized, skilled physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. This role is ideal for clinicians who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in field-based care.

Radius rule applies : Must live at least 50 miles from the facility

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census protection

Candidates must be hard-working, resilient, and social

Scrub color : Not required; business casual attire is acceptable
