The Role

This full-time locum role is ideal for Emergency Medicine physicians who thrive in a dynamic, high-acuity environment. Candidates must be comfortable with independent coverage and adaptable across different facility settings.

Start Date : July 2025

Assignment Length : 12 months

Shifts : Flexible Minimum of 5 shifts / month

Facilities Accepting Locums : Kilgore & Marshall only

Board Requirements :

o Kilgore : Accepts ABEM or ABFM / ABIM with emergency experience

o Marshall : ABEM only

o ABPS and other alternative boards not accepted

Certifications :

o ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required for non-ABEM physicians

o ABEM physicians exempt from cert requirement

Residency :

o Kilgore : EM, or IM / FM with ED experience

o Marshall : EM only

System Overview :

o 5 total facilities Longview, NorthPark, Kilgore, Marshall, and Henderson (opening Aug 2025)

o Locums permitted at Kilgore and Marshall only
