Overview : As an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Private Equity Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of investment opportunities within the private equity space, focusing on companies that exhibit strong ESG principles.

Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Analysis : Conduct thorough financial analysis of target companies, including revenue trends, profitability metrics, and cash flow dynamics.

- Risk Assessment : Identify and analyze ESG-related risks and opportunities within target companies, considering factors such as regulatory compliance, reputational risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Portfolio Management : Monitor the ESG performance of existing portfolio companies, collaborating with investment teams to implement ESG integration strategies and drive long-term value creation.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation techniques, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., UNPRI, SASB, GRI) and their application within the investment context.
