Requirements :
- Proven experience in 1 to 2 Michelin-starred establishments, showcasing your ability to set and maintain the highest standards of service.
- Proficiency in the Resy demonstrating a keen understanding of technology to enhance the guest experience.
- Exceptional phone skills, with the ability to communicate with grace and professionalism.
- Adept at handling pressure and managing high volumes, displaying a calm and composed demeanor under challenging situations.
- Masterful multitasking skills to coordinate seamlessly between various aspects of the front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the reservation process through the Resy system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing guest bookings.
- Utilize excellent phone skills to provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, addressing inquiries and assisting with reservations.
- Navigate high-pressure situations and volume with poise, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a seamless flow between the front and back of the house, contributing to the overall success of Castell's.
