A company is looking for a Counselor and Clinical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, groups, or families addressing psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues

Evaluate patients and develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans

Manage caseload documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, substance use, or professional counseling

Preferred experience in mental health and / or substance use work

Preferred one year of direct EAP counseling and / or assessment and referral experience

Required licenses : LCSW, LPC, LMFT, SAC, or CSAC

Membership in a professional organization is beneficial
