Build and maintain back-end services and databases to support web applications. Collaboration and Communication : Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, gather feedback, and address any technical challenges. User Experience (UX) and Interface Design : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with the firms branding and client needs. Quality Assurance and Testing : Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintenance and Updates : Monitor website performance and implement optimizations for speed and efficiency. Documentation : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Proven experience as a web developer, preferably in an engineering or technical environment. Experience with frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and API integration. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in responsive and mobile-first design. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG). Familiarity with engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD).

This is a remote role strictly for candidates within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Application Development :
Design, develop, and implement web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
Work closely with engineers and project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Implement and conduct thorough testing (unit testing, integration testing) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Regularly update web applications to improve functionality, enhance security, and integrate new features based on user feedback.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, development processes, and project workflows for future reference and onboarding of new team members.
