personalizing and coordinating care. As a member of our team, youll play a key role in providing
quality home healthcare, where patients are able to remain independent at their place of residence in
the healthiest and happiest state of being possible.
What youll be doing :
Perform personal care, bath and hands-on care as assigned.
Complete appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency policy.
Report changes in the patients condition and needs to the RN.
Perform household services essential to health care in the home as assigned.
Ambulate and exercise the patient as assigned and assist with medications that are
ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
Perform simple procedures as an extension of the therapy or nursing services; e.g. range of
motion (ROM) exercises as assigned.
What were looking for :
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
Must have Certified Home Health Aide credentials in the state of agency operation.
Must have current BLS Certification.
One Year (1) of healthcare experience in healthcare settings such as Home Health, Hospice,
or Long-Term Care.

Starting wage : $20.00 / hour to $25.00 / hour
