Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

StartDate : 10 / 28 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 D Pay Rate : $1626.32 - $1873.80

PT needed asap for 13 weeksSkills : State license for Physical Therapy required (must be licensed in the state the assignment is in).

Possess and maintain Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required.

BLSEducation : Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required. State license for Physical Therapy required (must be licesed in the state the assignment is in).

Years of Experience Home health experience of 1 year at least HCHB EMR experience Therapy experience with geriatric / pediatric, chronic disease management, maintenance OASIS- E Experience Geographic area- Concord, Kannapolis, Sailsbury Licensure State- NC Dress Code : Grey Scrubs

Required Qualifications
