Job Description
Full-time or part-time position in welfare benefits administration, working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM - if FT.
Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
- Process retirement plan contributions
- Reconcile and resolve "Not in Good Order" (NIGO) plan contributions
- Work closely with team members to meet daily client deadlines
- Assist in answering incoming calls and responding to emails from clients or participants
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and telephone
- Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
- Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor or Product Manager
Qualifications
Should have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key and proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Able to learn new software quickly
- Must be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
- Work well within a team
Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
