Responsibilities of Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, functional abilities, and mobility limitations in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and education, to improve patients’ strength, range of motion, and functional mobility.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements for Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health
- 1+ years of experience.
- Valid PT License.
- AHA, CPR
