- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on various types of packaging machines, such as form-fill-seal, labeling, and wrapping machines.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns and prolong machine life.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure machines are functioning efficiently and meet safety standards.
- Replace worn parts and ensure the availability of spare components.
- Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
- Train operators on basic troubleshooting and machine care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
