What you will bedoing :
- The AssistantFront Office Manager is responsible for overseeing andsupervising the operations of the Front Desk PBX Guest ServicesBell Door Concierge and NightAudit.
- Lead coach and setclear goals and expectations forAmbassadors.
- Ensure thatthe level of customer service delivered to the guest is consistentwith our Sofitel Luxury Standards.
- Seamlesslyintegrate Front Office Operations with Sofitel internal departments(i.e. Food and Beverage Catering and Salesetc.)
Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Candidate mustpossess a minimum twoyear experience in an upscale hotel as a FrontOffice Manager along with strong organizational skills and theability to workindependently.
- Fouryeardegree from a Hotel Management school or Businessschool.
- Excellent verbaland written English skills; second language a plus Frenchpreferred.
- Excellent interpersonalcommunication organizational and computerskills.
- Willingness and ability to work aflexible schedule to meet businessdemands.
- Assist with additional projects orrequests asneeded.
