The Vice President of Sales & Market Growth will be responsible for developing and executing new sales and existing customer strategies to help us maximize our revenues, while streamlining and scaling our market approach.

What your day could consist of :
- Define and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Align sales strategies with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure impactful go to market motions
- Establish and manage sales KPIs, forecasting methods, and compensation plans to drive team performance and revenue growth
- Provide coaching and development to sales leaders and individual contributors to build a motivated and best in class sales organization
- Create and implement sales processes and methodologies to optimize conversion and customer lifetime value
- Prioritize opportunities and focus on fewer impactful things done better within the SMB and mid-market world
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, finance and marketing teams) to successfully take new products and features to market and win market share
- Contribute to building a culture of accountability, operational excellence and equity
What is needed :
- Analytical driven leader with a track record of leveraging data and technology to drive impact at scale
- Problem solving leader building for major scale and driving infrastructure and operational foundations for the sales organization in partnership with other customer facing teams
- Master of building cross-functional relationships especially with marketing to drive inbound at scale and prioritize outbound programs
- 5+ years in management consulting in a strategic / operational (GTM) role
- 15+ years experience in sales or sales operations within the software as a service (SaaS) industry
- 15+ years leading teams, driving results and customer centricity
- BA or BS degree minimum. MBA preferred
$270,000 - $330,000 a year
