Compensation :
$40,000 - $239,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between home sellers and buyers within the Philadelphia, PA area.
- Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for clients.
- Conduct thorough property assessments to determine accurate property valuations for sellers.
- Offer immediate assistance and support to clients as needed.
- Maintain detailed records in various systems and CRMs while collaborating closely with channel partners.
Qualifications :
- The candidate should hold a valid real estate agent license specifically for Philadelphia, PA, US.
- Preparedness to participate in a customized training program geared towards achieving success is required.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working in a lively and dynamic environment at KW EMPOWER is essential.
