Data Analytics & Governance is the team that empowers and enables the Global Procurement Organization via centralized and streamlined solutions for swift, data-driven decisions with the ambition to successfully support the Global Procurement vision and better serve our patients.
We are recruiting a data analyst to build and strength the solutions of Global Procurement, covering aspects that goes from data insights, data visualization, digitalization, to process improvements, project management and more.
This role will closely interact with procurement categories, from both direct and indirect realms, risk management team, and partners across departments. Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage databases to develop insights for Global Procurement and partners within the company.
- Drive data visualization initiatives, having a customer centric mentality.
- Identify and address areas of improvement for data quality.
- Represent Global Procurement in forums around Master Data.
- Co-lead digitalization and automation initiatives, with the objective to automate data gathering, data analytics, and reporting.
- Support on identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with category managers and partners for data interpretation and gather feedback for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with other SME across teams in other to leverage to the maximum the power of data.
- A minimum of 4 years of strong experience in procurement and / or related supply chains required, with exposure to data analytics.
- Proven analytical approach and ability to work with sophisticated data / information set is required.
- Highly organized and structured mentality is required.
- Experience with SAP, or another ERP, device management and digital procurement systems.
- Experience on creating, developing and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Qlik, PowerBI, etc.)
- Proven verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present sophisticated information (e.g., visual and verbal storytelling).
- Experience to work across regions and understand markets.
- Project management experience / certificate is preferred.
- Experience in multiple fields of Supply Chain, including External Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution and / or Quality related field is advantageous.
