Overview
We are offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for this full-time Registered Nurse position which includes a one-year Nurse Residency Program.
This program aims to support new graduates in transitioning to professional nurses through a combination of on-the-job training and classroom education.
As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers on projects that directly impact patient care.
Additionally, you will receive support from experienced staff members and participate in monthly residency sessions to enhance your clinical leadership, patient safety, and professional nursing skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current registration or eligibility for licensure with the State of Illinois
- Completion of additional training or demonstration of competency in unit-specific skills
