Interim Director - Case ManagementThe interim DIR would be overseeing 2 facilities (Nampa / Meridian). Granted we have Managers and Supervisors at both that will be assisting as needed.
We also put together a checkoff list for the CM leaders and temp DIR regarding all meetings, committees, etc. f / u items.
DIRECTOR / EDUCATOR mindset - Interim Director Case Manager RNminimum of 5+ years of leadership experience - preferably acute care, in-patient, high volume.
Wanting someone who has a desire to lead / managerPrefer someone with academic instruction experienceDemonstrating Case Management best practices for staff including Nursing & Social work team.#826618
