Chipton-Ross is seeking an Office Administrator D for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
This position is 100% ONSITE.
DURATION : 3.5 months with possible extension based on business needs
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card changes to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and / or signature. Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication.
Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations. Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time. Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources. Orders and maintains office supplies.
Plans and implements logistics for senior executive level internal and external events. Provides guidance to less experienced employees.
Works under minimal supervision."
Project / day-to-day activities they will be working on :
o Extensive calendar / scheduling.
o Travel logistics for executives (booking travel, expenses, etc.). Both domestic and international.
o Work closely with VPs EOA and the EOA team. (Executive office administrative).
o Assist with EOA bandwidth.

o Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
o Ability to get to work location from parking lot.
o Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT - Training on travel and expense systems.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS :

o Information Technology fluency. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Client travel and expense knowledge.
o Client and / or aerospace knowledge.

o Professional communication skills, so they can interact with senior executive leaders successfully.
o Understand the significance in protecting proprietary information.
o Flexible, in support of the team (willing to jump in and help others).
o Quick learner, take guidance well.
EDUCATION :
Education / experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma / GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
g., vocational school / Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.).
FULL TIME / FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS : 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30PM
MICELLANEOUS :
Potential for extension based on business needs.
