Your Responsibilities :

  • Client Communication : Stay in touch with clients to boost sales.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate connections that deeply resonate with clients, ultimately bringing in more sales opportunities.
  • Buyer and Seller Consultations : Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their desires in a home, then show them properties that perfectly match their criteria.
  • Open Houses : Host engaging open houses to highlight our listings.
  • Transaction Management : Oversee the entire process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and swift transactions.
  • Business Development : Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Local Expertise : Be a local expert know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.

Requirements for This Role :

  • Previous Sales Experience (Preferred) : While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not mandatory.
  • Tech-Savvy : Embrace a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-Motivated : Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.
  • Organizational Skills : Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Real Estate License : A valid Real Estate License is required.
