Here at Restoration Roofing NTX we are looking to grow our team! We are looking for - Sales Representatives, Team Leaders, and Project Managers!
Our company is growing, and we need highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined individuals to join our team to assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.
Our company is not just looking to hire sales reps in masses, we are looking for winners to fast track into leadership positions to continue development within the organization with revolving growth.
We also have the capability to sell solar, patios, and any home remodeling needs in addition to roofs so that you are not limited.

This is a W-2 hourly position PLUS commission
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Talking to homeowners face to face
Inspecting & documenting homes for storm restoration needs
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process
Close restoration agreements with homeowners
Create estimates for home exteriors and damages
Marketing / lead generation for new prospects
WORK ETHIC -MOST IMPORTANT-

QUALIFICATIONS
Must Pass background check
Must be willing to outwork the competition
Must be comfortable speaking face to face with customers
Must be able to climb a ladder
Self-Motivated, self-disciplined, and coachable
Construction experience IS NOT NEEDED
COMPENSATION / PAY
This is a W-2 Position
Hourly pay PLUS commission
Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $3,000-12,000 per job)
Monthly and Annual bonuses for performance.
