As a CDL-A Dedicated Flex Company Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from our clients' facilities to various locations across the country.

You will be driving top-of-the-line equipment and will have the support of our experienced dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries and a smooth driving experience.

• Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
• Stop and loading / unloading pay (not all accounts)
• Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable
• Company sponsored per diem program
• Home weekly, drivers who wish to accept two-week assignments, with a 34-hour reset on the road, will receive an additional $200 in per diem.

Key responsibilities :

• Load freight - lift requirement : 80 lbs
• Unload freight - lift requirement : 80 lbs
• Move freight - force requirement : 54 lbs
• Open / Close Trailer Doors - force requirement : 46 lbs
• Count freight
• Complete fuel tickets
• Obtain sales leads
• Hook / Unhook trailer - force requirement : 90 lbs (Class A Only)
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Drive
• Regular predictable attendance
• Enter / Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
• Enter / Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level

Qualifications :

• Must live within 100 miles of Atlanta, GA
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, including at least 6 months' OTR experience
• Must have Class A CDL
• Must apply for tanker endorsement within 30 days of hire and must obtain tanker endorsement within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
• No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
• No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
• No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and routes as needed
