As a RN at Mon Health you will coordinate total patient centered care ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

Associate's Degree (Required)

Experience / Physical Requirements :

Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians, and instruct patients and their families.

Heavy Work : Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and / or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and / or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.

Licensure / Certification :

• Registered Nurse (Required)
• Basic Life SupportMust possess BLS certification within probationary period.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessment : The registered nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health and / or situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Diagnosis : The registered nurse analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Outcomes Identification : The registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Planning : The registered nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternative to attain expected outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Implementation : The registered nurse implements the identified plan by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.

Evaluation : The registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
