Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- 4 years’ Litigation experience.
- Skilled with discovery and conducting depositions
- Proficiency drafting and arguing motions
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials
- Attend mediations, court hearings, and negotiation settlements
- Member of the TX bar in good standing
