Our client in the education sector is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to support a high-level data entry and migration initiative. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in data systems, and a background in education or nonprofit environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and speed.
  • Migrate legacy data into new systems using structured templates and tools.
  • Collaborate with client teams to validate data quality and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with FERPA and other education-related data standards.
  • Support documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or data migration roles.
  • Familiarity with education systems or nonprofit data workflows preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data import templates, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate : $19–$22 / hour based on experience and scope
  • Contract duration : 3–6 months.
  • Pay Details : $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
