Sales Associate / Outside Sales

City Wide is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the B2B sales division in our growing organization. If you aggressively prospect for new business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients' needs, our team is waiting for you.

The ideal candidate will have some B2B sales experience and is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

A competitive salary and compensation plan is available and varies with the candidate's experience level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Set and exceed sales quotas
• Prospect clients and understand their needs
• Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes
• Familiar with CRM Software
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
• Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process

Requirements

• College Degree (2 Year Minimum)
• A strong, professional Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 years B2B sales experience.
• A self-driven individual that can manage oneself while maintaining their integrity.
• One who excels in relationship building, communication and problem solving, while illustrating critical thinking and maintaining a proactive / positive attitude.
• Someone accustomed to or comfortable working directly with business owners, C-Level and other professionals.
• Someone who wants to fill a significant role within the company and not just be an anonymous player.

Outside B2B sales experience is a MUST! Please do not respond without sales experience.
