360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) is a family-oriented company specializing in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disorders.
We are looking to hire a full-time Case Supervisor who will work with toddlers, children, and / or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Position Summary :
The ABA Clinical Case Supervisor works under the supervision of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) by conducting Direct & Indirect Supervision with clients.
Position Compensation : $30 - $34 Per Hour
Responsibilities Include :
As an ABA Clinical Case Supervisor, you will operate under the guidance of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), engaging in both Direct and Indirect Supervision with our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the delivery of interventions, offering essential support, conducting thorough behavior assessments, and crafting bespoke ABA programs that cater to the unique requirements of each individual.
You will play a pivotal role in educating parents and staff on behavioral interventions, establishing robust data collection systems, and evaluating the impact of these interventions.
Your contributions will be crucial in writing detailed reports, steering case team meetings, and actively engaging in clinical discussions.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, be actively pursuing advanced education in a related discipline, and have a solid background in ABA program development and execution.
This role requires a valid driver's license, proficiency in computer use, and outstanding communication abilities. We value flexibility, strong leadership qualities, and the capacity to adapt to diverse environments and situations.
