The Human Resource Director will oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of company policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with ZeOmega’s business plan and strategic direction.

They will also significantly contribute to performance management, talent management, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and drive employee engagement.

This role will maintain and evaluate the organization’s compliance related to wage & salary administration, immigration, benefit design, and safety.

The Human Resource Director will also lead, direct, and mentor the Human Resources team in setting departmental and personal KPI’s, objectives, and budget.

He or she will also help shape ZeOmega’s culture and overall employer brand strategy. Position will actively partner with the leadership team to drive people strategy and collaborate with employees to foster a culture of ownership, trust, and collaboration.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, of which at least 3 years should be in HR Director or HR leadership role.
  • Healthcare and IT industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations.

Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Paylocity or similar HRIS system.

Certification : PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
