Job Description
- The Corporate Development Analyst will work directly with senior management to support a wide range of critical corporate priorities.
- The analyst will report directly to the CEO, with dotted line reporting to the regional Presidents.
- The position will help lead and manage strategic projects, such as implementing companywide KPIs, metric tracking, and recruiting processes.
- We are frequent acquirers of companies : Another key responsibility will be acquisitions due diligence, financing, and execution.
- This position will also be responsible for compiling board presentations and will interface directly with the board of directors.
Qualifications :
- Seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, solution-oriented, creative, and accomplished self-starter. Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative and soft skills.
- Successful candidates must also possess a strong knowledge of business strategy and finance.
- Prior experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is preferred.
- To be considered for the position, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university.
- Candidates must also be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Financial reporting and analysis (FP&A)
- Board presentation preparation.
- Industry and competitive analysis.
- Acquisition due diligence, financing, and execution.
- Acquisition target sourcing.
- Lead and manage strategic projects.
- Business metric / KPI collection and tracking.
