Sanford Clinic Clear Lake is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic group!

• Group consists of 3 APPs
• No Obstetrics Required
• First Call is 1 : 4 (Avg 300-400 Encounters / Yr)
• Average 2-4 inpatients / day
• Traditional Outpatient Clinic with Inpatient Rounding Duties
• Ancillary Services include laboratory, radiology, and ultrasound. All include therapy modalities.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $255,568 - $330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
