Responsibilities :
- Pick flowers up following an indicated order, ensuring range and mix according to customer requirements.
- Ensure flowers are correctly cut before packing into the bucket.
- Pick flowers up orderly and gently, ensuring a unique height when placing into the bucket.
- Ensure the identification of each cardboard box with its tag.
- Scan product once is packed.
- Ensure each final product fulfills standard specifications according to customer requirements (pallet, height, etc).
- Check and avoid palletizing cardboard boxes with any water leaks.
- Participate in any other activity assigned by the supervisor, according to company needs
Skills and qualifications :
- Education : High School Diploma.
- Experience : Not required.
- Language : Spanish and English.
- Must have the authorization to work in the USA.
