This means you will be responsible for processing claim reimbursements and addressing all errors and inaccuracies related to billing and payment procedures.

An ideal Payroll and Billing Specialist is detail-oriented and able to collect, store, and categorize billing and payment data with precision. In this position, you will also process reimbursement claims to make sure all employees are fairly compensated. • Verify each staff member is paid on time and in full
  • Organize and coordinate employee timesheets to maintain and update employee payment records
  • Manage and review accounts and balances, identify invoice inconsistencies, and handle all discrepancies
  • Track and classify incoming payments and issue receipts for received ones to maintain transparency of transactions
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive record of accurate and complete client accounts
  • Outstanding balances and present leadership with timely reports on billing data

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a billing or payroll position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
  • Experience with processing payments and transactions
