Technical Writer_
Our client,a global energy innovator is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting product engineering.
The ideal candidate will be highly detailed, have great written and verbal communication skills and be self-motivated which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Technical Writer Location : Houston, Texas Pay Range : $28 / hour What’s the Job? + Research technical data and develop procedures through interviews, on-site visits, and production observations.
- Organize and research available data, write technical manuscripts including procedures and parts lists.+ Determine illustration needs and recommend content to illustrators.
- Assist in proofing and editing technical publications of other writers for style and format conformance.+ Collaborate with other writers to determine project assignments and report project status.
What’s Needed? + Must have a Bachelor’s degree.+ Experience in writing technical documents, manuals, and procedures.+ 4-year degree in Engineering, with preference for Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
- Experience in quality management system and document control.+ Be able to read engineering drawings. What’s in it for me?
