Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their IP Litigation Group in Austin .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas .
- 3-5 years of substantive patent litigation experience, specifically focused on IP litigation .
- Proven experience working on sophisticated matters in a highly regarded law firm.
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle high-profile patent litigation matters, representing well-known clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with seasoned litigators in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Contribute to strategy development, case management, and execution of complex IP litigation cases.
