Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements
- A proven track record of building sales, people development, and community interaction
- Must have a good working knowledge of controlling labor and food cost.
- Ability to hold oneself accountable and work autonomously
- KNowledge of Kitchen Operations and Willingness to Be Hands-On
