DevOps Engineer - Optimize, Automate, and Scale

Location : Fort Wayne, IN Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct-Hire

About the Role

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to enhance deployment pipelines, optimize infrastructure, and drive automation across production environments. In this role, you'll collaborate with software and systems engineers to improve CI / CD workflows, automate releases, and ensure system reliability.

What You'll Do

Enhance CI / CD pipelines to streamline software releases

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management

Optimize cloud environments for scalability, security, and performance

Build monitoring and alerting solutions to improve system reliability

Work closely with development and operations teams to bridge gaps and improve workflow

What You Bring

Required :

Experience designing and managing CI / CD pipelines

Strong foundation in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Passion for automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Proficiency in C# and .NET development

Preferred (but not required!) :

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

4+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go)
