We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel to join our team, with options for our California locations or remote work.
This is an immediate opening for a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including :
- Conducting factual investigations and discovery
- Preparing pleadings and legal documents
- Taking depositions and arguing motions
- Participating in mediation and negotiations
- Communicating effectively with clients
Preferred Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in both state and federal courts
- Experience with administrative matters and arbitrations is a plus
- Active California bar license and residence in California
In this role, you will primarily collaborate with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
