As an Audit Manager or Sr. Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing complex audit engagements.
You will be responsible for overseeing audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services.
Key Responsibilities :
Audit Planning and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of engagements.
Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide proactive advice and guidance.
Team Leadership : Mentor and develop audit team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Technical Expertise : Demonstrate a deep understanding of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and industry-specific regulations.
Quality Control : Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement effective procedures to minimize risk and maintain the firm's reputation.
Business Development : Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and providing thought leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification is required
- Expertise in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Expertise in accounting standards and auditing procedures
