Technical Expertise :
Python Proficiency :
o Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
o Understanding of Python libraries and frameworks relevant to the project (, Pyspark).
o Implementing best practices for Python development.
AWS Proficiency :
o Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC, S, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
o Architecting scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
o Managing AWS resources and optimizing cloud expenses.
Leadership and Coordination :
Team Management :
o Leading a diverse team of software developers, possibly with various levels of expertise.
o Distributing tasks effectively based on team members' strengths.
o Ensuring the professional growth of team members through mentorship and training.
Client Stakeholder Coordination :
o Acting as the primary point of contact between the development team and the client.
o Understanding client requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
o Managing expectations and ensuring that deliverables meet client needs.
Project Management :
Agile Methodologies :
o Implementing and managing Agile processes like Scrum or Kanban.
o Conducting regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
o Tracking project progress using tools like JIRA or Trello.
