Key Responsibilities
Support customers with Medicare or Marketplace health insurance plans during the AEP / OEP season
Explain features and advantages of medical plans while assisting new and current members with cost / plan analysis
Engage with qualified live leads and provide thorough education on insurance options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Resident Health Insurance License in hand with CE completed
Charismatic and persuasive sales skills with the ability to build relationships
Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
Open availability between 7am-12am EST, 7 days a week during the season
