Shift availability : 7am - 3pm with every other weekend rotation 3pm - 11pm with every other weekend rotation 11pm - 7am with every other weekend rotation Job Responsibilities : Participate in nursing field development aligned with facility philosophy and standards Plan, provide, and evaluate patient care through quality Nursing Assessments Document observations, treatments, interventions, and patient responses as per policy Assign Patient Observation Rounds and duties for each shift;
- ensure staff compliance and completion Review Patient Observation Round sheets for accuracy and completeness twice per shift Serve as a leader and role model for patients and hospital staff;
