As the General Manager , you are responsible for leading day-to-day operations at Chop Shop. You set the standard and maintain structure to the varierty of services we provide.
You understand the P&L as well operating within the parameters of budgets of a restaurant and a venue.
You lead by example and strive to create a culture of growth and respect, enhancing our brand identity, driving revenue growth, and surpassing guest expectations.
You are the leader who will motivate and manage across many teams (accounting, executive chef, private events and concert venue management, marketing and ownership).
You are ultimately responsible for ensuring that inventory and ordering is done, payroll is accurate, labor and F&B costs are in line with budgets.
You understand the value of a good team member and work hard to interview, hire, train, coach and manage new FOH personnel.
You expect the standards of service to be met from the concerts to the private events, from brunch, lunch and dinner you will ensure we are operating with high quality and within the parameters of safe service for both food and alcohol.
Building maintenance & repairs will be scheduled and monitored with reporting to ownership.
